Definition: It is a particular document that enlists the items the buyer wants to purchase. It also includes within it the quantity and the price.
- The name of the selling company
- Their address, contact number
- G.S.T Number of the store or shop
- The name, quantity, and price of the items
- VAT number, store number, etc
Moreover, there are columns regarding the total price and the discounted price. Also, terms and conditions, if any, are mentioned at the very bottom of the invoices.
