Difference

Definition: It is a particular piece of paper that is used as proof of receiving the payment and delivering the products or items safely. It consists of the quantity and price only.

The first one means that you can pay even in the future and used for both online and offline delivery and it can only be generated through computers or laptops, whereas the second one means that you have already paid and is used only in case of offline delivery and can be made by both computer and laptops as well as by hand.
